Where are you based, and do you travel?
We’re based in South Africa and absolutely love to travel! Travel fees may apply depending on the location—just reach out for a custom quote.
How do I book a shoot or package?
Simply visit our Contact page and fill out the form, or email us directly. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to chat about your vision and secure a date.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–3 months in advance, especially for weddings and peak seasons, to ensure availability.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is usually due closer to the shoot date—details will be included in your contract.
How long does it take to receive our photos/videos?
Turnaround time is typically 2–4 weeks for lifestyle and content sessions, and 4–6 weeks for weddings. We’ll always keep you updated!
Will I receive edited images/videos?
Absolutely. All final deliverables are professionally edited and delivered in high-resolution through an online gallery or download link.
Can I request specific shots or styles?
Definitely! We encourage you to share your ideas, Pinterest boards, or examples of what you love—this helps us tailor the shoot to your vision.
Do you work with brands or businesses?
Yes! We create content for marketing, including product photography, brand visuals, and promotional videos.
What happens if it rains or we need to reschedule?
